Issues with Depop emails and payments

Hi,
I've just started using Depop as a seller and have never had any issues as a buyer.
However, I've just sold two items, both of which have caused issues. I discovered I had been using my business email for my Depop and my personal for Paypal. Since then I have updated my Paypal emails, but Depop still haven't paid me.
Furthermore, both buyers were charged more than once for the items - their Paypal payments came through, but the Depop ones didn't. I've refunded one and informed the other to check how many times they were charged.
I've emailed Depop but haven't received anything back yet.
What should I do?
