Hello, On Novermber 1st. I purchased a product from joopzy.com I made a payment via paypal. Since then I did not get any conformation or any kind of information from joopzy.com about the purchase or the product whatsoever. It's been almost a week since the purchase and I think it is a scam. I looked on the internet about the website and a lot of people have mentioned in reddit and other pages etc. that it is probably a scam and that they have had similar issues with joopzy.com. I'd like to get a refund for my purchase. How should I handle this?
