Hai.. Help me.. Im new on paypal.I have a little problem. I made a purchase through a service to buy me an item. Before they could buy it, the item were sold. So the service said they had already void my payment. After looking at paypal activity, there is no record of my payment.it missing. The question is where can I refer to the status of the payment and to whom should I refer to the refund? Is it paypal, bank or service? Tq. Helpme

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending (with a clearance date) 2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option. 3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option. 4. Payment or Sent. 5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date. 6. Pending awaiting authorisation.
