Recently I've bought a refurbished laptop online from a company that runs under the "Cheap laptop company" name, in addition to paying the 250£ I've paid for a fast three day delivery, but I have never received anything, not in the three days, or the weeks that followed. Eventually I've requested a refund from the company, they've promised that they would refund the fee for fast delivery and assured me that the product would arrive soon, however neither of these have happened, and so since they've stopped replying to my emails I have decided I would ask for help from PayPal since the payment was processed by their system. Any and all help would be appreciated, thank you in advance. I have the email receipt from PayPal of the successful transaction with all specific details in it. Both screenshots and originals.
