Hello,

I need a refund for Linkedin Premium. I was in the process of cancelling yesterday, but it doesn't seem to have gone through. I have been charged today £599.88. I cannot afford this at all. Please can someone help, I can't seem to speak to anyone anywhere.

Hey Sofiasl,

I'm sorry to hear you were charged for a subscription you were trying to cancel. When you cancel a subscription, it can take up to 24 hours for this to take affect, meaning the payment would have processed before it was officially stopped. You can contact LinkedIn to request a refund, or reach out to us to file a dispute against the charge. I hope this information helps!

I had exactly the same as Sofiasl and for exactly the same amount on the 15 Jun 19. I went through the disputes process and they denied me without even letting me appeal although I showed them proof that no such invoice id was recognised by Linkedin. I will now have to wait for it to appear on my credit card account so I can inform them that it was taken without authority from Paypal and they refuse to refund me.

If you look at this community you will see it has happened to other people too over the years. It starts me wondering about if Paypal takes serious the number of people saying about unauthorised payments.
