I  have been given a refund. It has been completed but is not showing up in my paypal balnce.

If the money has been taken up from your card it will go straight back to the card and it usually take 3-7 working days and can take up to 30days but that 30 days is it there are some issue with your card Eg. card has been stolen , change bank account  if no issue on your card wait for a week it will be there on your card statement
