I purchased a coat on Macy’s.Com using pay pal & not my PayPal balance but my bank card connected to my pay pal and went to return it in store they were unable to refund my money and Store credit was my only option I wanted my money back not store credit. I have heard people had this issue with **bleep** sporting goods. Is there a way around this I really hope they fix this moving forward

If a refund is issued, the amount would be returned to the original funding source. If they cannot refund the payment, you can file a claim in your Resolution Centre within 180 days from the date of the purchase and let PayPal manage the issue. You can do so by clicking 'Report a problem' in your Resolution Centre.
