Dear Paypal-Community,
i have got the following problem.
on May 7th we booked a Lufthansa flight for three (3) persons from Munich to Vancouver for 632,47€ per Ticket and 35€ per seat reservation. So in total: 3x 632,47€ + 6x 35€ = 2.107,41€. Due to Covid-19 the flight was canceled and were promised to get a full refund.
On July 23rd I received 7 e-mails with the same info about a refund of 35€. The real payments were just 5x 35€. So there is still 1x 35€ and 3x 632,47€ missing. Since about 5 months we are trying to solve this problem with Lufthansa and PayPal. Lufthansa is telling me, that they send the full payment via PayPal. PayPal is not answering my Mails via either Message or Resolution Center. Via Phone they tell me to wait for the e-mail respond as they cannot help me via phone.
Did you have similar problems or can help me in this case? We are waiting for the refund for almost half a year.
