PayPal Cash Plus

I received a Payment from someone but my PayPal balance is still $0 and it says the balance went into my PayPal Cash Plus account.  I do not have one of those accounts as far as I know and don't know how to access it.

Hi @Emsflyer84, 

 

Sorry to hear of the concern. 

 

In order to hold a PayPal balance, an account holder has to have a PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account.
