Hi, I just made an online purchased this morning with nominal PHP 5950, however the billing statement shows the amount was deducted PHP 8431,85. When I complaint to the merchant, they said I need to confirm with PayPal. As the payment they receive through PayPal express check out is exactly 5950. But, I didn’t pay it via PayPal as it was deducted directly from my debit card. My PayPal account has been deactivated, is there any possibility PayPal made a mistake by charging more to my card?
