PayPal Payment isn't working on Bestbuy website.

I tried to pay with paypal on bestbuy website and the payment doesn’t go through.

Mine was just approved last week for 2500, I was able to use it one time, which was on the transaction I applied for, for 120 dollars, but ever since it just says "Sorry we cannot complete your transaction at this time" I can't use my debit card to pay or anything. It doesn't give me the option.

It sounds like you may be referring to PayPal Credit. If so, please reach out to us by phone so that we can look into the issue with your PayPal Credit account specifically and see what's causing the problem.

My payment for order does not go through either on BestBuy.  I have used PayPal on other sites just fine however does not go through on BestBuy.  

 

Also, even though BestBuy has told me the orders were cancelled they still show as pending on BestBuy Account.  Plus I don't have the option to cancel the orders as it still shows Pending at BestBuy.

 

BestBuy has told me there is a problem with account but there is lots of $ in account and online limits.

 

What I have noticed on my BestBuy Account page is that is shows payment as "$NaN" (which in computer speak) means "Not a Number".

 

So not sure what the deal is but clearly I'm not the only having a similar issue.

 

Please advise.

I just had this happen and it was a quick fix! Not sure if this will work for everyone, but I was using my husband’s Best Buy account and my PayPal account. So the emails and names were different. I made a new BestBuy account with the same email as one of my preferred/linked emails on my PayPal and it worked right away!
