PayPal sending limit

Hi, i wanted to buy some goods(550$) and during payment faced notification with such dialog

"

Sorry, we can’t complete your payment
This payment exceeds your PayPal sending limit. You can find information about lifting your limits in your account Profile.

"

 

How can i resolve the issue and make limits higher?

I checked my email and found that they sent what was wrong there.

 

The reason was that i didn't confirm my card.

 

I think, it would be nice to add info like "please, check your email for reasons why you have such limit" or something like that.

Also, i would like to add that i checked a lot of sites about limitations and how to resolve them and the information about this topic (sending limits, how to check is your account verified and moreover how to resolve this matter was OUTDATED - this info wasn't relevant an was no help).

 

Anyway my issue is resolved.

I have had a similar issue for 5 days and Paypal has provided no help to me how to resolve.  I cannot even transfer $1 and have been a seller for years.  Please help.  Paypal has said my account has 100% no restrictions...
