Hello,I have my priority payment option on paypal using Paypal balance. Now i am making payment on incloudibly site. It keep on showing my credit card only without showing my Paypal balance even though the amount is not enough to pay. Should Paypal charge my paypal balance first then only charge my credit card for the balance amount? How come it never charge my Paypal balance? Please advise.
