hello, i need help with payments that are stuck on pending on my Wix website. its connected to PayPal and PayPal is already installed but the payments are not going through. I created a website for a client on Wix and installed PayPal but the payments are not going through. I made a purchase on my PayPal to see if it would work but for some reason they're still pending. How does my client claim the transaction on his PayPal. Please help!

I am having this problem too. SOME of my payments via my Wix shop are stuck in pending limbo forever (7+ days!) I found a help article that says I can just go ahead and ship the item and then "add the tracking info" to the payment but that option is missing on these orders. (The "add tracking info" button is missing on these orders.) I have shipped out the orders to keep my customers happy even though I have not received the payments. (AND- these are return customers so I know their accounts are already verified, as is mine.) I have contacted Paypal repeatedly with no response. @ASkPaypal on twitter said they would escalate these questions to a supervisor 5 days ago and I am still waiting for a response.

Was this issue ever resolved? I just launched my site last night and am having this same problem. I can't seem to find a way to fix it. Thanks for any help!

I am having this issue as well with items that were sold as 'products', even though it's actually a service.
One transaction allowed me to say it was not a tangible item, but it's still requiring the client to verify.
Items sold as 'subscriptions' were held initially but released soon after.
According to Paypal those 'subscription' items were sent as personal transactions.
I don't want all items categorized as 'subscriptions'. My next option is to maybe sell them as 'bookings'.

Hello! I had this problem too (see above.) I just got an alert about your reply here so thought I'd pop in to let you know how I resolved it.
Paypal forced me to switch from a personal to a business account. After I did so my Wix Shop payments were received without any further issues.
