Paypal error in eBay

Trying to buy items from eBay and when I go to Paypal payment it says that I have to enter a card to use PayPal but I have checked Paypal app and everything is correct and working but still comes up with the error only in eBay though

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty that you're having with selecting the payment method that you'd prefer to use. If the only payment method the system is allowing you to use for specific payments is a card, it's possible that there is some risk detected with the payment that caused the security measures to rule out certain payment methods and only allow a card. Sometimes if you wait a full day before trying again, the system will reevaluate the transaction and it may possibly allow you to use balance or bank for the payment instead.
