I purchased an item on Ebay on 10/25 and paid with my credit card via Paypal. I wish to return the item and have already received seller approval. However, Ebay will not allow me to initiate a return as they show the payment status is still Pending from Paypal. Paypal shows payment status of "COMPLETED." How long does it take for Ebay to update? Ebay refuses to assist, and Paypal will not accept phone calls; I logged a ticket with the resolution center, and they said they will reply by 12/15, which is well past the return window I have.
