Paypal payment option on pixieset doesn't work

At checkout my clients select paypal option but an error occurs.
I have fulled in my API info in the requested sections of pixieset and my card is linked to my paypal account.
What am I missing?

Hi Corneann.
Unfortunately not, I have contacted PayPal and Pixieset.
The problem is with PayPal's end, but no one is willing to help me resolve this issue.
So I'm not using PayPal at all! I opted that my clients pay me via EFT.

I hope you can figure it out.
