Hello! Paypal took away money from my account without authorization. I transferred my paypal funds to my bank and it got declined twice, on the third time, it was successful. My bank was able to credit a declined transfer but they took away the amount immediately without asking me. I was okay with that. However, they did that again a week after. It did not reflect in my bank's statement of account either. What can I do about this? Can I get the money back? I am sure that this is Paypal's doing and my paypal has not been compromised.
