Whenever i recieve a payment from others, it says "your money is waiting." When I go to accept the money and attempt to link my bank, on the top left it says "Sorry -- your last action could not be completed!" is there any fix to this?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
