Pending, pending, pending (unable to authorize?)

everytime i go to complete the purchase at the very end it says unable to authorize card and to try another way of paying yet it still charges my card and puts the purchase on pending. i dont know what else to do about it. ive been charged over $30 and it is still sitting on pending, i dont know how to complete my purchases or why it isnt completed them.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

Its sounds like your payments have been authorized. This means that the funds are held from your card issuer, to make sure that the money is available when the payment will be completed. When you complete a purchase some sellers will automatically charge you for the authorization. Only when the seller accepts the order you will see it as completed and they will collect the amount for the transaction. If the seller does not accept the order within the timeframe, the funds will be automatically released back to you.
