Recently i ordered something from amazon but had to cancel it because of amazon account issues and had to create a whole new account with the same email. The whole time I’d had a pending transaction for my order but when it cancelled it was gone and doesn’t show in my transactions list. Does this mean my refund is on the way or is my money gone forever? This happened 2 days ago and I’ve tried to be patient but i spent over $100 and dont want to lose it.
