I ordered a 1080 10" dash cam and rear camera and the name on my credit card was Neotercisol, paid through PayPal. I cannot find that seller, and PayPal does not have record of the purchase, even though their name is on my credit card statement with their phone number. I cannot get through to PayPal or EBAY to find out about this. I finally put through a dispute with my credit card company Searscard. I really don't expect much from them, as they are not helpful with disputes. PayPal has said that due to COVID 19, they cannot answer me in person and now have started a dispute on another purchase I made, which is not correct. Has anyone heard of Neotercisol?
