At one point I had to make my PayPal account inactive as a payment method on Google Play because of my nephew using it when he wasn't supposed to. Now I would like to reactivate it so I can use it. I cannot figure out why I cannot reactivate it is a payment method on Google Play in app purchases. Can someone help me resolve this please?

Hi @DroidMaster2419,
I'm sorry to hear about the need that you had to make a billing agreement inactive. Once a billing agreement is inactive, it cannot be reactivated. A new agreement can be created through the merchant. Please try linking your PayPal information at the merchant's website or in app if possible. That should initiate a new billing agreement.
I hope this helps!
Olivia
