When I ask the virtual assistant for help on a transaction I received on the 14th of febuary that is still pending. It appears the virtual assistant believes that transcaction is being sent by me. Not received by me. How can this be? I can’t use the call center as I’m in a signal dead spot and will be all week. But really need to resolve this transaction ASAP? Any suggestions??
