In the next couple of days, I am expecting a huge sum of money(9000euros) to be transferred by my friend to my account. Do I have to notify paypal in advance to prevent the money being withheld by paypal? What are the precautions/measures I should take to prevent paypal from thinking that its a money laundering transaction because the money is only for my school fees as I am abroad.
