I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing a received payment in the balance.
Have you completed all the steps to receive payments?
Does the transaction show in your transaction history? If it does, check the status and the transaction details. It may say that the payment is held or pending. The payment may have delayed funds availability pending the delivery of the item.
If there is no transaction in your account, check to make sure that the email that you received is not a fake email. Fraudsters may send a spoof email designed to get you to ship an item without having received a payment. If it is a fake email, do not send any items.
