HOW DO I RETURN THE MONEY SENDED TO FRIENDS? NOT IN BUYING PRODUCT AND SERVICE
PLEASE HELP ME

 

May Be I have been cheated

Once you send money as friends and family, there is no PayPal purchase protection/refund from PayPal. To get money back, you have to ask the other person to refund you back and they have to want to refund you back.
