So, help!!! 😂😢 I (in Indonesia) have just received a refund money from a shop (in China) yet it’s still on hold (my email has been verified, account’s ready to use, and I registered as buyer). What do I do now? I mean I really need the money ☹ Thanks y’all!!! ♥
1. The seller has issued a refund from their bank account which takes time to process.
2. You funded the payment to the seller using bank transfer. What PayPal do here is credit the recipient on your behalf (so there is no delay in despatching your item). Then if you receive a refund in the meantime they are unable to issue this until the original bank transfer completes.
Ok. Long story short, I bought a product using my credit card (wasn’t linked to paypal when I did but now is) then I had to request for a refund. The seller offered to refund via paypal (to then I said yes to). I created my paypal account, they sent the money, the money’s been on hold ever since. What do you think? Truly appreciate it!
