Refund pending

I was wondering if someone could help. I’ve refunded someone on eBay but it’s still pending in my account. Do anyone know how long this takes or why it is still pending after a few day? I don’t want the person to think I haven’t refunded the money. Thanks

If you don’t have a balance on your PayPal account or was not sufficient to cover the amount that needs to be refunded, the entire refund will be issued from the primary bank account linked to your PayPal account. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for bank payments to complete and become available in your buyer’s PayPal account.
