Refund query from ASOS and Next

Hi there,

Can anyone offer me some advice as to why I have been refunded less money than the original costs paid for via Paypal? 

I have recently returned goods to ASOS and NEXT and the money has been refunded but it's less than the original spend.

Any advice greatly received - thank you!

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

It sounds like the merchants may have issued a partial refund to you, this can be the case if goods have been sent to you and returned. The merchant will refund the money minus the shipping costs they incurred when posting the item out to you. I would recommend reaching out to the merchants directly to query the refund amount.
