Refund successful on Paypal but not showing in credit card statement

Hi all, Recently I made two £1.99 transactions using my credit card with Paypal. Both of these have been refunded as requested according to Paypal however only one has been received back in my credit card account. It has been over 5 working days and the successful refund arrived in my credit card account almost immediately.

I am sorry about your issue. In general, when a refund has been issued, the money will go back to the original funding source. If your payment came from your card, it will be refunded to that card. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days to complete a refund. 

If that is not the case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
