So I sent money from a non reloadable visa card and refunded it, the card cant take it and my balence is 0 and i looked around on the fourms and came too that if the card wont take it then it will come back to my account which would take about 30 days but i am yet to read anything about this acctually working and costomers getting their money back. Wondering if anyone has info/ confirmation.
