I made a online purchase to Walmart the order was canceled I paid using my cash app card through Paypal. Normally when this happens I am refunded immediately because the purchase is only a hold on my account until it’s fulfilled. This time the refund is showing complete in PayPal but the money is not actually there nor has it been refunded to my cash app card.
