Hello,

Paypal calculation changed and i think that now paypal calculate wrong numbers.

For example:
Transaction ID: <removed>

I written that i received payment - $224.15 USD
Gross amount - $224.15 USD
But in real we sold an item and received $209.00 USD
So paypal started to calculate all incorrect.

Paypal write Net Amount[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]o incorrect.

In reall gross amount is $209 USD
Net amount is - $184.81 USD

Can you please explain why paypal calculate incorrect or please can you explain me maybe i understand something incorrect.
Before all calculations from paypal was correct, but now long time i see that calculations from paypal side is incorrect with mistakes.
It's bad for our accountant because he may take numbers from paypal and calculate incorrect our sales..

Will wait from you response.

Regards,
Jevgenij‬

Hi @Temp20210621X,

Welcome to our Community!

I understand this can be frustrating and confusing. Unfortunately, we cannot take any direct action on accounts or provide specific information through contacts on this Community Platform for data protection reasons.

Please review the transaction fee section for a breakdown of the fees charged. I can see you are based in Lithuania and are receiving payment in  $USD, so this might include currency conversion rates and cross-border payment as explained here.

If the gross amount was actually different than your sales amount indicates it might have a commission or sales fee charged by the platform you were listing the item.

If you need specif transaction information, please contact your local support for assistance.

Thanks

Martin
