Choose send money > put in her email address (and check its correct with no spelling mistakes) > select the option you want ie friends / family or goods / services ( IF you have the f/f option in your country) > select her currency from the drop down box > put in the amount > check everything and it should tell you how much is going to be deducted in your currency from your chosen funding source.
In italy your daughter can withdraw funds to her local bank account or credit card.
HOWEVER if you can't use the friends / family option to send and have to use goods / services then she may have to wait up to 21 days for release of funds as paypal would see her as a new seller if she has not received that type of payment before.
