My friend finally got his paypal sent up in Egypt and was able to send me money to my paypal account in USA, although I cannot send money to him via paypal balance or CC. I have used his paypal me - email - phone number - clearing all my cookies - 3 different browsers - using different IP address -- and continue to get same message with denial. "I'm sorry you cannot complete your transaction at this time. Please try again later. If problem persists call customer service."
I called paypal customer service and they said they cannot even see all my attempts -- they just see me logging in and out.
Q: Has anyone in the USA been able to send money to an Egyptian paypal account?? Please hlep!
