I am planning to buy a jacket through paypal from someone who lives in Germany and I live in the USA. When I click on his PayPal link it automatically shows €0.00. what I'm wondering is if I send the money as in €100 or change it to $100... I want to send him the correct amount I'm supposed to be sending him so I assume I'd send it as €100 because that's his local currency. However, I don't know how debit cards work if they're from the USA so I don't know if it has to be sent in my local currency or not for it to go through...
