So i went to send money to myself today from paypal to my exact phone number that is registered to my bank, and it send to a completely different paypal, which i thought from reading online I could transfer instantly through payid, which i thought would automatically register to my phone number on my bank account.
Turns out another person has the same phone number as me somehow and I cannot seem a place to dispute this transaction.
