Does anyone know how I can ship a zero dollar invoice through the post office? I give out some promotional items through my business and generate a zero dollar invoice in PayPal. When I try to ship it won't let me do it, so then I marked it paid outside of PayPal and it still wouldn't mark as ready to ship status. It just stayed in my completed/closed invoice list. I ended up going to the post office and shipping them and paid with my PayPal debit card, but it cost most than if I would've gone through PayPal. Has anyone done this or have any tips?
