Sold an item. eBay says payment has been received, but there's no record of it in my account?

I've never had this issue before. It's as the title says. 

There is even record of the transaction when I click on 'View PayPal transaction' on eBay.

But there is no money in my account, and when I view transactions there is no record of money ever being received for this transaction.

Can anybody help?
