Split refund by Airline is only partially showing up in PayPal

Hi, I have recently received a refund for a flight with SAS Airlines. The flights were one-way for 2 persons at approx. 130€ per person. SAS Airlines has issued me 2 refund notices with individual ticket numbers indicating that they are refunding the whole amount in two installments akin to the prices per person (2x approx. 130€). On the same day, I have indeed received a refund to my PayPal account (directly to my credit card) of half the total amount, or the equivalent of one person.
Now, I have contacted SAS support who claim both refunds were "completed" and refrain from doing any more digging, and I have issued a claim a billing disupte with PayPal for them to locate the missing refund which got rejected due to the fact that my claim didnt match their qualification criteria.
Is there a better way to get in touch with Paypal than their rather strict service formulars? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
