StockX - Payment deducted from bank, but StockX says that the payment declined.

Hey y'all, so I've never had this issue before but really hoping someone can help me out with this.

I placed a bid on StockX using PayPal and the amount was charged to my card/bank account as well as my PayPal but StockX sent me a mail saying that the payment was declined. The amount, however, wasn't reverted back to my account even though the payment was declined.
Just wondering what's up with that? Anyone ever gone through something like this?

 

Honestly appreciate any help.
