i have set up a business account couple of days ago.  whenever i request a payment from my clients, they get the error message "This recipient is currently unable to receive payments." inspite of the fact that i have completed all formalities. may i know what else is missing from my side before i could start reciving international paymnets?

Thanks for reaching out via our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues receiving payments. PayPal's payment functionality varies from country to country, however here are the normal steps you need to complete to receive funds: How do I receive money through PayPal?

Also, have you checked the Resolution Center to see if there are any steps needed to be completed?

2) the Resolution Center has nothing for me

i havent uploaded PAN document as i wasnt asked and also could not see provision anywhere. is this the reason? if yes, where can i upload teh doc?

there is nothing given about uploading of PAN in your URL. its a bull **bleep** support, verification process. really frustrated with this paypal.
