At first I was able to send them pictures of my check in the app, but after I received the e-mail that instructed me to write "void" on my check, the app stopped working, and since I couldn't complete the final step, they denied me of cashing my check.
Is anyone else having this problem? I've been getting this error message for about 4 hours now... Feeling a bit frustrated.
Why am I getting this error message?
Are the servers overloaded, or did I get locked out somehow?
