Hi, I have purchased an item from abroad. The seller sent me an update email with a link to pay the import duty to UPS. I used PayPal for this and have a transaction which shows the payment as pending. Meanwhile, the item is delivered to my friends house and the ups driver will not handover until the duty is paid, so his wife pays this to the driver. I gave tried contacting ppal just now to stop the payment but they are closed. Will they cancel the transaction when I speak with them tomorrow? TIA
