Unable to accept or refund pending funds.

Hello,

 

Firstly - I have no limitations on my account, I have received other currencies on Paypal before without issue and where I have found problems similar to this online that suggest creating another wallet for the currency that I was sent (in this case Euros) I have tried this and it has made no difference. Regardless of what option I select on the "accept payment" screen (i.e: convert to GBP, accept as EUR, or decline) I receive the same error message saying: "We're sorry, we can't process any accept or refuse payment at this moment due to technical reasons. Please try again later."

 

PayPal support has been useless - in fact I would argue less than useless considering the fact they keep directing me to a web page FAQ which no longer exists.

 

Does anyone have any experience with this issue or know how to fix it?
