Unable to obtain refunds from Banggood

Hi,

I had purchased an electronic item from Banggood with the payment being made through my credit card (NOT through Paypal). Unfortunately, I was not able to receive the item and Banggood said that they will refund me through Paypal. I provided them my ID and they replied saying that "we noticed your PayPal account has some problem that we could not complete the refund."

I have a Paypal "Individual" account. I see that only "Business" accounts can receive payments.

How can I receive payments on an "Individual" account
