Unable to send money to some one by XOOM using my PayPal balance

 I am Unable to send money to some one in Pakistan by Xoom  which is PayPal service using my PayPal balance. I have enough balance in pay pal but Xoom always takes money by my bank account instead of paypal balance.

Please help resolve that issue

To use funds in your paypal balance to send internationally you have to have the correct currency.

Paypal can't convert the currency in a balance during the payment process like they can from a card or bank account.
