Unable to use PayPal on "Udemy"

I have been trying to complete a purchase on the website "Udemy", however, every time PayPal sends me back to the seller site to complete the purchase, I receive this error message: "We could not complete this purchase. Please contact PayPal, or try a different payment method."

I am at a loss of what I should do in order to rectify this problem.

Any Suggestions?

It might be a temporary security issue. You may contact PayPal for a fix or wait for a few days to try again.

You can use udemy's mobile app to complete purchase. That's through the Apple or Google Pay. If you have issues on that, You may try to buy a google play recharge coupon and redeeming it while purchasing on udemy's mobile app. It nicely works without any issues and looks bit complex. You can try this while you having much interest on udemy's course
