Hey guys, would really appreciate your help since the customer service is closed on weekends.
I'm trying to pay for a freelancer using paypal, but got an error which says:
"We are sorry but we cannot setup PayPal as your payment method because it is not verified. Please verify your PayPal account or add a payment card"
What gives? If it helps, I've already used both the account and card to perform another payment for another service. Is this a problem from Paypal's side or Upwork?
